In addition, Grace Health & Rehab Center is launching an expansion and remodeling project in 2008 that will create larger resident rooms and common areas, plus a larger modernized kitchen and dining area. We will also be adding a Special Care Unit to better serve the needs of our residents and our community. Grace Health & Rehab Center is a Medicare and Medicaid certified facility. While there have been no reported cases of swine flu at Grace Health and Rehab Center, we are asking all residents and families to follow the guidelines outlined in the attached communication dated 5/4/09 to limit exposure to our facility.
