For over two years, Ms. Annie has brightened the Grace neighborhood with a whole new light. Whether sharing tales with other residents in the activity room or laughing with her therapy team, you will always find a smile on her face.
Her most recent adventure, however, is not quite as jubilant as you might expect. Rather, her attention turned to regaining strength after several hospitalizations. Taking no second for granted, she turned to her therapists at Grace.
Since then, she discovered the SCIFIT bike in the therapy room! Ms. Annie welcomed the challenge and began drastically improving her endurance — and of course, having fun too. She does not plan to stop there; she continues to set new goals and improve her health.
Ms. Annie radiates joy, courage and perseverance in so many ways, and we cannot wait to see what her glistening future holds.
