Throughout more than 38 years of operation, Grace has built a proud history of providing first-rate care for residents of East and West Feliciana, East Baton Rouge, St. Helena and Tangipahoa parishes, among others.

Grace is Medicare and Medicaid certified and a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Louisiana Nursing Home Association and American Healthcare Association, providing an exceptional level of service by exceeding the expectations of employees, residents, families and friends.

Our Philosophy

In keeping with the highest standards and conducting our operations with the utmost integrity, our individualized care approach provides each resident with a personalized care plan, specific to physician orders while maximizing well-being and comfort.

We maintain open communications between our staff and residents’ family members to ensure that every resident’s needs are met. As part of our philosophy of embracing small town values, we also encourage relationships between the Grace family and community we serve.

Meet Our Physicians
