Dear Residents, Family Members, and Visitors:
We understand that visiting with loved ones is incredibly important, and we know that you are missing your loved one. Non-essential visitors may not enter the building per direction of the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH), and unfortunately, no changes to this order have been made at this time. We remain in close contact with state and federal authorities to continuously monitor and evaluate conditions. We too miss you all very much, but these decisions ordered by authorities have been made with our residents’ health and safety as the top priority.
We encourage you to explore alternative ways to communicate by using video chat, calling, texting, or checking in on social media. Additionally, please call the front desk to set up a time to speak to your loved one via Skype. We also encourage sending emails to social@dhcompanies.com; please be sure to include the resident’s name in the subject line. Staff members will print the note for a special delivery.
